E-Mail: nima@brokeboys.tv
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR) and this Privacy Policy.
2. Hosting & Server Log Files Our website is hosted by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). The provider automatically collects and stores information in "server log files", which your browser automatically transmits to us (e.g., IP address, browser type, referrer URL, time of access). This data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical stability and security of the website). The data will be deleted automatically (usually after 8 weeks) when no longer required.
3. Integration of Vimeo Videos (Do Not Track) Our website embeds videos provided by the video portal Vimeo(Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, New York 10001, USA). We use the videos in "Do-Not-Track" mode. According to Vimeo, this mode ensures that the player does not track any session data or set any analytical cookies before you interact with the video. However, for technical reasons, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established as soon as you visit a page with an embedded video to load the video file. In this process, your IP address is transmitted to Vimeo in the USA. The use of Vimeo is necessary to present our film projects visually and in high quality. This constitutes a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Vimeo ensures an adequate level of data protection through standard contractual clauses (SCC) and internal data privacy measures.
4. Cookies We use technically necessary cookies to ensure the proper operation of the website. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in functionality). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies that require consent.
5. Your Rights (GDPR) As a data subject, you have the following rights: • Right of access, rectification, and erasure of your data (Art. 15-17 GDPR). • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR). • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). • Right to withdraw consent at any time, if applicable (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). • Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The supervisory authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
